Each year, freshmen entering into their first academic semester in NUS are formally welcomed to the university at the Freshmen Inauguration Ceremony. In the third event from the Freshmen Orientation line up, newly matriculated students will enjoy exciting performances by various student groups from within the university. Freshmen will also be introduced to the senior management, school management and student leaders. With a new theme each year, the Freshmen Inauguration Ceremony promises to be a meaningful celebration to mark the beginning of undergraduate life and education for each individual freshman.

• Vice-Project Director (Oversee programmes cell and assist PD)
• Secretary (Minutes, welfare of committee, attendance and transfer of information)Treasurer (Manage finances)
• Public Relations Officer 1 (Liaise with academic staff)
• Public Relations Officer 2 (Liaise with student faculties)
• Programmes Head (Take charge of programmes cell)
• Programmes 1 (Programmes cell in general needs to source for performers, act as liaising points with performers and ensure smooth running of programmes on FIC day)

• Logistics Head (Oversee logistics)
• Logistics 1 (Logistics cell in general needs to procure logistics pre-event, 1 main driver, 1 safety officer, 1 backstage)

• Publicity Head (Oversee publicity)
• Publicity 1 (Publicity cell in general needs to take care of ticket and booklet design and printing, provide any further publicity materials FOCC publicity requires)
