The available positions and their respective rough job scopes are:
[Note: The committee positions are still subjected to changes] 

1 x Administrative Head (Secretary/Treasurer)

1. Shall be responsible for the recording of minutes and to disseminate to all committee members within three days once meeting has adjourned.
2. Shall be responsible for keeping the budget in check
3. Shall allocate the funds available together with the PD and VPDs 

1 x Floor Manager

1. Shall be responsible for the drawing up of floorplans for:      
   1. MPSH 5      
   2. Food Bazaar
2. Shall be responsible for safety during the actual event 

3 x Programmes

1. To source for performers for both internal and external stage
2. To be in-charge of all performers involved
3. To provide information to facilitate the application of the Compass Licence
4. To draw up a contract for external (not NUS students) performers (if any)
5. To design sponsor games (if requested by sponsors) 

2 x Food Bazaar

1. To source for food vendors and bazaar vendors
2. To handle matters pertaining to National Environment Agency (NEA)
3. To be responsible for all vendors and stall owners
4. To draw up a contract for all vendors and stall owners 

2 x Logistics

1. Shall be responsible for sourcing of quotations for all items required for the event
2. To liaise with Marketing cell with regards to the collection of sponsored items
3. Shall be responsible for all logistical items
4. To work assist the floor manager in his/her work. 

2 x Publicity

1. Shall be responsible for the designing of:       
   1. Open House 2012 Logo        
   2. Committee Shirts        
   3. Committee Identity (Lanyards?)        
   4. Banner & Posters        
   5. Backdrop       
   6. Website        
   7. Others 

2 x Public Relations Officer

1. Shall be responsible for contacting all clubs and societies in NUS to obtain signups for booth spaces during Open House
2. Shall be responsible for the collection of rental fees and logistical requests of all PBs
3. To provide the Publicity cell with the write-ups of all participating PBs.
