RAG 2012 Committee Recruitment is now OPEN!
NUSSU Rag is an annual flagship event of the school, with NUS faculties and halls showcasing their various floats and performances to thank the public for their generous donations to the various beneficiaries during NUS Flag. The NUSSU Rag organizing committee is in charge of planning and executing the whole event. Throughout the event you will get to learn and interact with many people from different faculties, halls and also the school administrative offices. Do sign up if you are a committed individual interested in being part of the organizing committee of a long-standing distinct NUS culture!
Positions open for recruitment include:
- 1X Rag VPD
Assist the Project Director in managing and guiding the committee, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- 6 X Operations Officers
(Including 1 Operations Head) In charge of all float movement on Rag day, logistics, implementing safety measures.
- 1X Secretary
Responsible for recording Minutes, R&R and all admin duties (Collection of submission drafts etc).
- 1X Treasurer
Job Scope includes financial/treasury duties such as handling deposits, invoices and quotations.
- 2X Programmer
In charge of actual day performance, timeline, sequence, cheerleading as well scouting for judges.
- 2 X Public Relation Officer
Liaise with halls and faculties for submission of PB admin, dissemination of meeting minutes, seating for PBs on actual day.
- 1X Publicity
In charge of publicity materials, uploading and updating NUSSU’s website and any social media for rag.
